Our asset-based lending practice includes the financing of stock and asset acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs, which typically involve senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt together with equity. Our transactions range in size from $2,000,000 to $60,000,000. Our lawyers have experience in handling sophisticated matters throughout the entire United States. We have also served as lead counsel in financing the development of a number of timeshare and luxury condominium projects in Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.
